Happy Monday loves! What better way to kick off your week than with a HIIT routine? This is a super beginner friendly, yet challenging routine for those who are new to working out. I hope you enjoy the moves I combined that will tone and melt fat off your body. Do this video twice for a total of 20 minutes if you want to burn extra calories. One round is sufficient as well for any newbies :)
