White Rice
• no hull(outer coating of the rice), no bran, no germ
• Glycemic index: 77
• One of the problems consuming white rice is you develop a condition called Beri Beri (vitamin B1 deficiency) – It is a neurological disease which creates all sorts of problems with nerves.
• It is enriched with synthetic vitamins – B1, B2, B3, Folic Acid, Iron
Brown Rice
• It is white rice with no hulls.
• Glycemic index: 68
Wild Rice
• It has the hull, the bran and the germ
• It has a lot more nutrition
• Glycemic index: 52
Wheat

• Whole Wheat Glycemic Index: 72, has the bran, fiber, germ, carbohydrate
Wheat has more calcium, more B3 and zinc, there’s gluten, phytic acid, lectins and glyphosate. While with rice, it has less calcium but more folic acid, there’s no gluten, has phytic acid, lectins, arsenic.
