FULL BODY WORKOUT | BEGINNER GYM EXERCISES EXPLAINED
I still remember the first time I walked in to a gym, I would look around and see everyone lifting weights & I had NO clue what to do, which machine to use or even what muscle groups to work! So I would end up going straight to the cardio machines! This video is to show some of my favorite or even most recommended exercises to do for each muscle group ... there are SO many more variations and exercises to do for each muscle group but if I had to choose a single one it would be the ones shown on this video.
